Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date and time you placed the order or on which a third party you have appointed, to purchase the products/services on behalf of you.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by sending us an email.

We will initiate the refund to you no later than 48 hours from the date and time on which we received the funds in our bank account. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 11 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods are in new and unused condition

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, jewelry that is worn for a few days.
  • The goods that are damaged (chipped, broken, scratched or dismantled)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

If the returned goods are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail or courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
